During my piano performance degree, a repetitive elbow injury stopped me cold. I tried everything — rest, physio, pushing through. Nothing lasted. I thought my career was over before it had begun.

Then I found the Alexander Technique — and for the first time, I understood why my body was struggling, not just how to mask it. That discovery became my calling.

Today, as a certified Alexander Technique teacher and Health and Wellness Coach, I help performers and musicians untangle exactly what once held me back. Because I've been exactly where you are. And I know there's a way out.
